There are a few reasons why your card may not be going through.  Please check that the following is true: 

  • There are enough funds to cover my first month. (Even if this is your free month, while you will not be charged for your free month, the card does need enough to cover your first months payment to be accepted.)
  • I've double-checked that my security code from the back is accurate
  • I've double-checked that I entered the numbers correctly
  • The information such as zip code and address that I entered is what my bank has on record
  • My card is either Visa or Mastercard
