When you schedule your show via the Create page, there is a section to add the email addresses of people you'd like us to invite to your Direct Connect guest studio. We also send connection instructions well before the show so they are ready for it. If you'd like to share the link on your own, you can copy-paste the blue "Co-host Link" toward the bottom of your studio.
