The uploaded audio clips must be in either .mp3, .wav, or .wma file formats and the file size cannot exceed 100mb. There are two places you can upload your audio clips, from the Dashboard settings, and from the Studio. Head to the Dashboard and click the Audio Clips option from the left

Click the Add a New Clip button.

Click the Select File button to open the search box.

Search and select your audio file and click Open.

Add a title for your clip in the Description area. Then, click the Upload button to start the file upload.  Do not leave the page while the file is uploading. You must wait for the progress indicator to complete.

When the file upload is complete, you’ll see the file listed with a status. A status of Ready means your file is uploaded and ready to play on your Studio during your live broadcasts. Click the Refresh File List, if needed, to see if the Status has updated.

You can also click the Edit icon (pencil icon) to edit the description. Click the trashcan icon to Delete the file from your account.

Upload your Audio Clip from Your Studio Page

To upload your audio clip directly from the Studio, let’s head to the Studio page and get started.

From your Dashboard page, click the Studio option from the left side options. Towards the top right of your Studio, click the Upload Audio icon (cloud with arrow icon). This will open the Upload Audio option on the Studio. Enter a title in the Description area. Click the Browse button to search and select a file saved on your computer. Then, click the Upload button to start the file upload.

Do not leave the page while the file is uploading. You must wait for the progress indicator to complete. It can take a few minutes for the file to be ready to play from the studio. You may need to refresh the Studio page to see the Audio clip.

You cannot Edit or Delete the uploaded audio clips from the Studio. To manage the clips, go to Dashboard>>Audio Clips.
