With the plans on BlogTalkRadio, the billing date falls on a 30-day billing cycle from the initial upgrade. This may make it, so the billing date is not the same day each month and may differ by +/- a day.
Hosts can always check the date by going to Settings of their account, and select the My Package tab. The current cycle dates can be found under the “Billing Cycle” section within the Premium Package Information.
In some cases, our support team can assist with changing a billing date by up to a week. Please contact our support team if you need to discuss this.
