If you are a free host, we only have the ability to host 30 hours of content on a free plan. This free plan limit of content was implemented into the system over the past few years. Anything over 30 hours of content has been removed from the system. We may be able to recover the audio ONLY if the host upgrades the account to any of the pro plans by August 2021.
