When a caller connects to the host line, they will be able to let the host know that they want to join in and talk with the host. To do this, they will want to use their keypad on their device and press 1. This will give them a message "You are now in the host queue" and they will appear among the top of the callers list. They will also have a hand icon appear next to their phone number.

To leave the host queue, the caller can press 1 again on their keypad and the hand icon will no longer display.
