While working on increasing our hosts' connections to the host line, as well as listeners connecting to the guest line we have implemented a new version of Direct Connect on the studio.

To connect to the new version, there are only a few steps you have to complete to connect to the host line.

First, once on the studio page, you will want to click on the Direct Connect option next to the On Air sign at the top left of the page. The first time you connect to Direct Connect, there will be an option to allow your mic to be used from your browser. If you select allow, and then remember my selection, you will not need to repeat this step again in the future.

After you allow your mic and continue with the call in process, you will get the pop up keyboard as well as a message that you are connecting to your broadcast, there may be a 10 second delay prior to connecting and appearing on the studio.

Guest will also have the option to connect to the guest call-in directly from the live episode page, so they can connect with their computers mic/speakers. They will click on the Connect via Direct Connect button below the episode title, and then follow the prompts when they allow the use of the microphone.
