When a payment fails, we do not receive much information as to why it did not go through. There are a few reasons why your card was declined. Please check that the following are true:
There are enough funds to cover the monthly payment
The security code from the back is accurate
All of the card’s digits are entered properly
The information such as zip code and address is that the bank has on file is entered
The card is either Visa, Mastercard, or American Express
If none of these situations apply to you, please contact your bank to see if they can get more information on why the payment was not accepted.
