Your audio file can be uploaded for two different purposes. 1. As an audio clip available on your studio so that you can play it at any time during your live broadcasts, and 2. To upload as a fully archived show that will go directly to your On Demands at the date and time you choose.

To upload your audio file as a clip that will be available on your studio - For live broadcasting

  • Start at your Dashboard page and click the Audio Clips option from the left side navigation panel.

  • Click the Add a New Clip button, then click Select File. This will open a box and prompt you to search and select a file saved on your computer.

  • Click Upload. Once the file has finished processing, it will be available on your studio for you to play during all your live broadcasts. You can also manage your audio clips in this section as well.

Please note the system will accept mp3 and wav file types and the files cannot exceed 100mbs

To upload your show file as a complete podcast that will go out to your On Demands:

  • Head to the Create form

  • Select *Upload* rather than broadcast.

  • Click the 'Select a file on your computer' option

  • Search and select the show file saved on your computer.

  • You must wait for the blue progress indicator to complete (do not leave the page during this process)

  • Schedule the episode by filling out all the information on the page and click 'Create Episode' at the bottom of the form to complete the scheduling process.

This broadcast will appear on the profile page at the scheduled time. It will not appear on the studio or the live and upcoming guide, and the host and callers will not be able to call in.
